S+R Fashions was established in 1983 and has since grown to be a leader in the market segment it operates in. In 2006 the Charles Parsons Group acquired the company and it became a part of an empire that is known as one of the best and most influential fabric houses in the business.
Since then the business has grown substantially with the opening of our Shanghai and Sydney offices. All together, S+R employs upwards of 140 staff.
Our Shanghai office began operating in May 2007, providing the company with a strategically important presence in China. We have strong manufacturing relationships throughout China with our Shanghai office functioning as a conversion and manufacturing base for the company operations.
In 2008 we expanded our Melbourne office to Sydney, which has enabled us to better facilitate our Sydney based customers.
The company has built an outstanding reputation in the fashion marketplace as a major developer and supplier of volume, fast fashion in the junior and contemporary fashion market segments. The products we produce are sold throughout Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
